On Monday I'm off to have a 4 hour masterclass with 2star Michelin Chef Nathan Outlaw .
To say Im excited is a huge understatement but I must admit it's a little daunting too.
Hopefully I will be able to get a photo and some pictures of my cooking which I shall post up when I'm home.
Well I'm home and what a fab day it was!! The day started at 10am at http://www.atelierdeschefs.co.uk/ which is just behind John Lewis on Oxford street London. I was in a group of 11 and we started off making fresh Mayonnaise not easy when your doing it all by hand but tasted delicious !! we sat down and ate that with assorted vegatables Then Nathan showed us how to pick a grab in readiness for our next cooking session .
crab spanish omelette's now I'm not a great seafood person but thought I would give it a go and it tasted Divine - I'm certainly a convert!!
We sat and ate this with Cornish wine and larger masses and masses of Davidstow cheese and had about 2 hours talking with Nathan. I then got a sneaky picture with him
All in all this is my favourite comp win to date - I think it will take a bit of beating!!
